THE REASON YOUWOOLI EXISTS
YOUWOOLI is about supporting young people by giving them the confidence to take the step into the sheep and wool industry by removing the knowledge barrier to them entering.

The agricultural industry can be a daunting world to step in to, even if you have some idea, and there is a high level of assumed knowledge when people begin in it, even at entry level roles.Â
The basis of YOUWOOLI comes from my own experience entering the industry where – even with a basic understanding of the industry – I felt overwhelmed by a feeling of being over loaded with information and not having an easily accessible source of information to refer back to.

I have worked and collaborated with young people who have almost no knowledge of the industry and seen them also overwhelmed by information and assumed knowledge.
